West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Banking Practice, offering opportunities to work across strategy, transformation, and delivery initiatives in financial services. You will collaborate with business, technology, and management teams to deliver practical client outcomes.

As a Banking Consultant, you will analyze processes, leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, and help optimize commercial and retail banking operations, risk management, and technology modernization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows; strong critical thinking.
