Qualifications

• Two to five years general experience required; specialized preferred.
• CARE certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to pass S.A.F.E. Act registration.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers to determine needs and refer to appropriate partners.
• Open loan and deposit accounts.
• Input loan applications using LOS software and coordinate documents.
• Open deposit accounts and prepare signature cards and other documents.
• Use CARE skills and product knowledge to suggest additional services and referrals.
• Contribute to branch goals and follow branch playbook and management guidance.
• Maintain relationships with other departments and act as a team player.
