Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking a motivated Banking Representative at our Harrisburg, PA branch. You will profile customers to determine financial needs and open loan and deposit accounts, while striving to meet sales goals.

You will use CARE, Sales Platform, and official procedures to guide customers toward appropriate bank services and referrals to Mortgage, Wealth Management, or Business Banking teams. Strong customer service and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of general banking experience required.
• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with loan and deposit products is a plus.
• Compliance with SAFÉ Act and NLMS training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers to determine financial service needs and refer to other LOB partners when appropriate.
• Open loan and deposit accounts and process related documents.
• Achieve individual loan and deposit production goals and sales targets.
• Complete CARE certification and adhere to branch playbook and service standards.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Wealth Management, Financial Services, and other teams for referrals.
