Responsibilities

• Profiles customers to determine and recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products.
• Utilizes all sales tools to enhance the customer experience and sales conversation (e.g., LoanFit, sales binder).
• Completes the S&T Sales process and documents notes in the system for future interactions.
• Inputs loan applications using LOS software and coordinates loan document preparation.
• Opens new deposit accounts and produces signature cards, CDs and other documents.
• Suggests additional bank services and makes referrals to Mortgage, Wealth Management and other lines of business.
• Contributes to branch goals and sales/service standards as per the branch playbook.
