Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or currently enrolled, preferred
• Prior cashier or teller experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, process cash transactions in a high-volume environment.
• Recommend bank products and services to support customers' financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store for sales opportunities as needed.
• Process deposits and cash withdrawals accurately and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks and verify amounts and endorsements.
• Identify counterfeit money and avoid counterfeit checks.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work within approved authority limits.
