Fhnb is seeking a reliable Bank Teller to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume branch. The role requires handling cash accurately, processing deposits and withdrawals, and identifying opportunities to offer bank products and services to customers.

The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English, have a high school diploma, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team collaboration and attendance are essential to success.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and account holders to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with bank and supervisor direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment that may require in-store aisle prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds, balance daily operations.
