Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 year of experience as a Teller preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times while delivering quality customer service.
Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including during campaigns.
Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
Research and resolve client questions about account status and issues.
Deliver excellent client experiences and comply with bank policies and regulations.
Participate in training and meetings to expand product knowledge and service delivery.
Support daily operations, assist with audits, and stay informed about operational updates.
