Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Director of Commercial Accounts to own the full sales lifecycle and build a sustainable revenue stream in the United States. You will drive mid-market growth across banks and credit unions, from lead generation through closing deals.

The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong prospecting, negotiation, and account-management skills, prepared to travel and work remotely within the territory. Banking industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years solution-based sales experience, ideally for non-commoditized solutions.
• Banking sector experience is a plus.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to reach senior decision makers.
• Organized, motivated, and able to execute a structured sales plan.
• Proven ability to present solutions and negotiate win-win deals.

Responsibilities

• Heavy outbound calls to drive bigger deals and new opportunities.
• Develop, realize and maintain incremental revenue within territory and accounts.
• Utilize CRM to document activity, manage pipeline and close opportunities.
• Maintain relationships across client organizations and coordinate delivery.
• Travel within territory and participate in trade shows and internal meetings.
• Maintain consultative, solutions-oriented selling with banking core systems knowledge a plus.
