Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Retail Banker II in Manassas, VA to serve as a customer liaison and deliver TD’s brand promise by offering financial expertise and consultative advice for banking needs. The role supports growth by identifying appropriate TD solutions and strengthening customer relationships.

The position requires knowledge of personal and business banking products, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering a Legendary Customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Cross trained to take customer transactions upon hire.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide community services, including financial education classes.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer experience by helping customers and advising on TD solutions.
• Build relationships and provide end-to-end advice to customers.
• Engage in customer outreach and guidance on banking products and services.
• Utilize CRM tools to assess customer needs and identify solutions.
• Assist in teller transactions and manage self-service options for customers.
