Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice.
• Educates customers on products and services and makes recommendations based on needs.
• Advocates for customers with proactive insights and solutions.
• Resolves customer questions or issues independently or escalating when necessary.
• Guides customers to self-service options and uses CRM tools for proactive outreach.
