Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year experience OR HS diploma with 5 years in sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role.
• Experience in retail banking products and services is preferred.
• Licensing: complete bank-sponsored licensing program within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship goals relative to the metrics and goals assigned.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Compliance: follow regulations and bank policies to manage risk and ensure accuracy in transactions and records.
