Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years general experience and completion of the Retail Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window and delivers exceptional service on a variety of transactions.
• Balances cash drawer daily and participates in ATM balancing and vault tasks as needed.
• Promotes bank services, answers customer questions, and directs customers to appropriate specialists.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, checks, money orders, and payments while ensuring fraud prevention protocols.
