Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make daily deposits and withdrawals for customers with proper ID and signature verification.
• Issue money orders and log transactions accurately.
• Buy and sell money from the vault and process related tasks.
• Open mail, process transactions, and handle night drop deposits.
• Prepare and verify vault shipments and related paperwork.
• Fill out Currency Transaction Report forms as required.
• Accept loan payments for customers and safety deposit box payments.
• Assist customers with reordering debit cards and resetting online banking passwords.
• Complete required training by deadlines and support branch colleagues as needed.
• Assist Relationship Banker with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
