Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• One year of bank experience and six months of customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to operate standard phone equipment.
• Knowledge of bank products and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in lobby and drive-thru.
• Handle teller transactions and cash deposits/withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and verify transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products to customers.
• Assist customers with online banking and other services.
• Travel to other office locations as needed to staff.
• Refer customers to Investment Center when appropriate.
