Responsibilities

• Maintain cash drawer with strict attention to bank balancing policy.
• Accept cash and checks for deposits, cash checks, receive and verify loan payments, process withdrawals, and related monetary duties.
• Prepare cashier’s checks, gift cards, re-pin debit cards, and cross-sell banking products.
• Follow internal controls and bank policies.
• Assist customers with routine account‑related requests such as transfers, stop payments, and inquiries about deposits and service charges.
• Research and resolve customer problems, liaising with other bank departments as needed.
• Open and close accounts and cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Perform research such as printing statements and check copies.
• Assist with debit card disputes, stop payments, ordering/replacing debit cards, balancing checkbooks.
• Obtain necessary signatures on items with missing or irregular signatures.
