Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college a plus
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Prior retail banking or related industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides a range of customer services including transaction processing, account servicing, opening new accounts and products, and referrals to partners
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and relationship building
• Proactively identifies basic customer needs and generates high-quality referrals
• Resolves basic issues using bank resources and escalates complex cases
• Supports branch operations by following processes and compliance directives
• Participates in the bank's strategic plan to grow retail banking business
• Meets or exceeds sales goals through targeted activities
• Engages in ongoing development through training and coaching
• Attends bank-sponsored events to grow customer base
