Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
• Successful customer service or sales experience required.
• Previous retail banking or related industry experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a range of customer services including transaction processing, account servicing, opening new accounts and products, and referring to partners.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and building relationships.
• Identifies basic customer needs and generates referrals to partners.
• Resolves basic issues with banking products and services and escalates complex cases when needed.
• Supports branch operations, adheres to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in bank events to drive growth and visibility.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals through targeted activity.
