Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Bassett, VA to act as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through everyday banking needs with a proactive touch.

You will handle transactions, explain self-service options, open new accounts, and refer customers to partners, while building relationships that improve their financial well-being day by day.

Qualifications

• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a range of customer services including transactions and account servicing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement.
