Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a range of customer services including transactions and account servicing.
• Opens new accounts and products, refers to partners as needed.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement.
• Identifies customer needs and generates quality referrals.
• Resolves basic issues and escalates complex ones appropriately.
• Supports branch operations and adheres to policies and compliance.
