Responsibilities

• Opens and closes customer accounts including checking, savings, and IRAs.
• Cross-sells bank products and services to meet customer needs and referral goals.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Balances cash drawer and follows bank policies for cash handling.
• Supports branch lobby management and delivers exceptional customer service.
