Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail banking experience required.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong PC, network, email, and MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, etc.).
• Reconcile cash drawer by counting and packaging currency and coins.
• Perform account services and knowledge-based customer support.
• Respond to inquiries and promote Dime products and services.
• Support branch manager with in-branch sales and campaigns.
• Report under BSA, CTR, SAR requirements and internal tracking.
• Perform New Account and File Maintenance reviews for data integrity (SOX 404).
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to refer lending needs to appropriate departments.
• Make authority-based decisions (overdrafts, overrides) when managers are absent.
• Cross-train on teller window and banking platform as required.
