Job summary

Truist in Warrenton, NC is seeking a Regular or Temporary Full-Time Teller/Customer Service role to accurately process client transactions and maintain records. You will assist clients with routine banking, promote digital channels, and grow relationships by understanding financial needs.

The position emphasizes service quality, teamwork, and compliance, with opportunities to assist in outbound calls and IRM activities during peak times and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC/keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours, with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences through courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service tools (ATMs, online, mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it to client needs.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
