The position is in-office within the Retail Sales and Service department, requiring strong communication and bilingual abilities; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service and the IBC Experience.
• Promote bank products and services to walk-in customers and via outreach.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and ensure dual control.
• Support Compliance Facility Checklist adherence.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed.
• Assist and perform teller operations as required.
• Engage in sales training and meet individual sales goals.
