Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative for our branch to process transactions and assist customers with banking needs. You will identify referral opportunities, educate customers about bank products, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You will be expected to comply with bank policies, manage transactions accurately, and maintain strong customer relationships across nearby offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s license; frequent driving to offices and customers; bank car not provided.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively look for way to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives and leveraging tools to enhance activities.
