The position requires a high school diploma and completion of our in-house Sales Associate Training, with preference for prior cash handling and Spanish-speaking capabilities. Flexible hours may be needed to meet branch goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the Bank’s in-house Sales Associate Training Program.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented professional demeanor required.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish language a plus.
• Experience with money handling preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of core banking systems a plus.
• Detail oriented; professionalism and confidentiality essential.
• Flexible on work schedule as business needs arise.

Responsabilidades

• Operate with accuracy and efficiency with core banking systems and processing transactions with a sales associate cash drawer.
• Balance assigned cash daily and adhere to security procedures and cash limits.
• Follow cash differences/controllable losses policies.
• Identify customers and obtain proper identification, endorsements, cash and checks; obtain supervisor approval as needed.
• Comply with all department and company policies and security guidelines.
• Prepare currency transaction reports and logs per Bank Secrecy Act; adhere to KYC and OFAC policies.
• Contribute to branch goals by monitoring performance and acting on plans.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold sales and service standards.
• Promote and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Communicate the Bank’s products and services accurately to clients.
