Responsibilities

• Provides frontline support to retail staff and customers via phone, email, and Teams.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and systems to assist staff.
• Performs back-office tasks: research, teller system support, imaging, scanning.
• Completes customer maintenance and digital banking setup and online accounts.
• Supports debit cards, transfers, IRA, CDs, and safe deposit box maintenance.
• Prepares internal correspondence and handles routine clerical duties.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA, EEO, OSHA).
• Participates in training and provides coverage during absences.
