Support the retail services function including internet banking, ATM/debit card, and other customer-facing services.
Process applications and ensure proper account maintenance, balancing, and changes; assist with card and online banking issues.
Provide direct customer service via phone and in person; respond to inquiries and forward to the proper department as needed.
Handle FEDLINE processing and recordkeeping; back up reports and processing.
Assist with coordination of tasks across departments to ensure smooth information flow and risk management.
