Job summary

Bluestone Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Trainee/Universal Banker to become the financial relationship focal point for customers. You will educate clients on how to bank with us, open appropriate products, and help meet their financial needs while resolving issues and handling teller transactions as needed.

Starting at the trainee level, you will progress through levels with a published training program and competitive compensation. Availability to work Saturday mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer service experience.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Possesses strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in delivery of prompt and courteous customer service while following service expectations.
• Establishes proficiency of the Bank's systems needed to effectively service customers.
• Researches and resolves customer inquiries and problems.
• Adheres to compliance regulations and operational policies and procedures.
• Cross-sells Bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Processes financial transactions accurately and timely, balances within percentage guidelines.
• Assists with day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Provides coverage at any location required.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
