Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a branch position in Rhode Island. You will represent the Chase brand, deliver hospitality, and leverage banking solutions to help clients address financial needs while building meaningful relationships.

You will handle onboarding, recommend products, and guide clients through technology tools such as Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Flexible hours including weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED, with licensing through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
