Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in a 1st shift role in Conway, SC. You will handle transactions, advise on digital banking, and support sales through outbound calls while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, controls, and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
