Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending banking products.
• Promote products and services to meet personal and branch sales goals.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with account openings, updates, and closings per policies.
• Cross-sell or upsell to deepen customer relationships.
• Monitor cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support ATM balancing, night deposit processing, and branch supplies.
• Report suspicious activity to management and maintain records for audits.
• Collaborate with team, participate in meetings and training.
