Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Baton Rouge, LA to deliver exceptional customer service on the cash line and over the phone. You will process transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and identify opportunities to meet customer financial needs while supporting branch goals.

Ideal candidates have prior teller or cash-handling experience, are adaptable, and demonstrate strong communication skills to build long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use and sustained attention to a monitor.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and basic servicing requests.
• Educate customers on products and digital banking options.
• Assist team members and refer complex needs to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
