Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Irving, TX to lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production. You will manage cross-functional teams, delivery roadmaps, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, ACTIVE PMP certification, and strong experience with Agile frameworks, Jira/Confluence, and cloud/data practices. Banking/financial services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management.
• Enterprise technology or software program delivery experience.
• ACTIVE PMP certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• MS Project or Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
• Experience with APIs, cloud, data, software development, and infrastructure.
• Governance, resource management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech programs from planning through production.
• Manage roadmaps, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA and Ops teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning and delivery.
• Provide executive-level status, metrics and program reports.
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Oversee governance, resources and timelines for stakeholders.
• Ensure security, compliance, quality and regulatory requirements.
