Job summary

You will assist in preparing executive reports, dashboards, budgets, and governance materials while coordinating audits and risk management activities across Banking Operations. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in banking operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, risk management, or governance.
• Ability to prepare executive presentations and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines with regular updates.
• Document decisions in project meetings and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate annual review and updates of departmental procedures with business owners.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting and submissions.
