Job summary

Cape Cod Five in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Product Delivery Coordinator to ensure successful delivery of banking products and initiatives. You will work with the Director of Product Delivery to coordinate implementations, manage governance, and support lifecycle activities across projects and vendors.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous planning, and strong communication to keep initiatives on time, within scope, and compliant with banking standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and service implementations from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, implementation checklists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Monitor project progress and escape risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support product lifecycle activities including launches, enhancements, upgrades, and retirements.
• Coordinate vendor implementation activities, onboarding documentation, due diligence, recurring meetings, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain executive presentations, committee materials, dashboards, and departmental reporting.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot activities, implementation readiness, training logistics, and post-production validation.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
• Support change management and communication activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
