The role partners with business owners, the Process Excellence team, EPMO, IT, and Digital Innovation to map current-state processes, identify root causes, and establish baselines and post-implementation measures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, IT, finance, or related field.
• 3 years experience as a business analyst supporting process or technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process Analysis & Redesign: interview stakeholders, map insights, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with goals.
• Map current-state processes, quantify hand-offs, cycle time, rework, and document findings.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to distinguish symptoms from problems.
• Assist redesign sessions to define the target-state process.
• Document target-state workflows, SOPs, roles, control points, and approvals.
• Support automation, RPA, and AI deployments with requirements and validation.
• Analysis, Reporting & Documentation: map key processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze data to support recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and status materials.
• Maintain process and benefit documentation.
• Track adoption and realized value from initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting measures.
