Job summary

EagleBank in Maryland is seeking a Process Excellence Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and support process improvement, automation, and system enablement initiatives. This role partners with business owners, IT, and Digital Innovation to map current-state processes and measure outcomes.

Candidates should have a BA/BS and at least 3 years as a business analyst, strong data skills, and excellent communication. Banking experience and Jira/Confluence exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years experience as a business analyst supporting process or technology initiatives
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience developing and executing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing
• Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support automation, RPA, and AI deployments with requirements, configuration input, and validation.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and status materials for stakeholders.
• Ensure processes are adopted and documented with baselines and post-implementation measures.
