Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3 years experience as a business analyst supporting process or technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience developing and executing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing
• Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support process improvement, automation, and system enablement initiatives.
• Partner with business owners and cross-functional teams to map current-state processes and identify root causes.
• Support automation, RPA, and AI deployments with requirements, configuration input, and validation.
• Analyze and map key business processes, develop performance metrics, and maintain reporting materials.
