Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or MIS or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking environment.
• Experience analyzing bank processes and documenting requirements, policies, or training materials is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and training for technical process improvements.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and Visio for documentation and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bank departments to conduct structured requirements-gathering sessions related to reporting and process improvements.
• Document detailed, clear requirements and process flows aligned with business goals.
• Perform functional testing to validate requirements before user acceptance testing.
• Lead iterative user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and drive defect resolution.
• Coordinate regression testing during system upgrades to maintain stability.
• Validate data accuracy for reports and data feeds.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for workflow and reporting tools.
• Track, analyze, and prioritize defects and enhancements for deployed workflows and reports.
• Comfort working with AI tools to assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
