Beacon Bank in Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Universal Banker who combines teller and personal banking duties to deliver exceptional service, process transactions, open new accounts, and grow customer relationships.

You will promote digital banking, educate clients on products, and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a willingness to support branches nearby as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or banking courses preferred.
• Prior teller or sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer experiences at all branch contacts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other services.
• Open new accounts and refer products and services to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual incentive goals and contribute to branch goals.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily and ensure accurate cash handling.
