VXI Global Solutions seeks an Onsite Customer Service Representative (Banking) in Charlotte, NC. You will handle inbound banking inquiries, resolve issues, and protect sensitive information while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role requires 40 hours/week onsite, with paid training and performance bonuses. A fast-paced contact center environment offers growth opportunities and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service experience with one employer.
• At least 6 months of contact center/BPO experience preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM with at least 85% accuracy.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.
• Open availability to work any assigned schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday-Sunday.
• Pre-employment screening incl. background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding deposit accounts, debit/credit cards, balances, transactions, and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues including declined transactions and card problems.
• Provide accurate information with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Aim for first-call resolution and build customer trust.
• Authenticate customers and protect sensitive information per banking rules.
