Navigant Credit Union is seeking an Operations Quality Control Specialist I to ensure accurate, compliant deposit and lending operations. You will perform core QC reviews, drive root-cause analysis, and support proactive risk reduction across the credit union.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, developing job aids, and collaborating with Compliance, Risk Management, IT, and Operations to strengthen controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit/loan operations and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control reviews for deposit and lending operations.
• Identify gaps and communicate findings to business partners; coordinate corrective actions.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to reduce errors and risk.
• Educate and coach staff using job aids and training materials.
• Stay current with federal/state banking regulations and internal policies.
