Job summary

Citi is seeking a Service Process Coordinator 4 in Ofallon, Missouri. You will analyze production workflows, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure accurate processing of returns across Cards, Checks and ACH.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years banking experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a disciplined approach to prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking experience.
• Cards, Check and ACH return processing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Office 365 products, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Able to learn quickly and apply new skills to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyses, processes, and services production output across processing activities.
• Resolves complex issues and handles most complex servicing with limited supervision.
• Reviews returned check files and images, coordinating with offshore teams.
• Researches payments to identify return/reject resolutions.
• Supports a broad range of Citi products and services while ensuring risk controls.
