Job summary

BancFirst Seminole branch is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee teller and CSR functions, enforce internal controls, and train staff. The role requires strong risk awareness, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

The position emphasizes professionalism, effective communication, and the capacity to back up the CSO and CSRs when needed. This is a full-time on-site role at BancFirst in Seminole, OK.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Two–three years of Teller experience.
• Proficient in Horizon, Horizon Teller, iDO.
• Communicate professionally, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teller and CSR area adheres to internal controls and procedures.
• Assist in hiring and training operational staff.
• Maintain compliance through daily/weekly/monthly reviews and audits.
• Identify areas with potential risk or loss and inform tellers.
• Oversee teller activities including outages, cash limits, and orders.
• Monitor alarms, surveillance, and respond to emergencies.
• Process daily wire requests and reviews of new accounts.
• Back up CSO and train as potential successor; back up CSRs as needed.
• Review daily reports and handle other duties and projects.
