Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a Teller to handle cash transactions, money orders, and customer service at our Oklahoma branch. The role emphasizes accuracy, daily balancing, and adherence to policy while delivering friendly, professional service.

The successful candidate will promote BancFirst products, work well in a team, and be flexible with hours to meet branch needs. Training is provided for teller duties and cross-selling objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with teller cash limits and balancing cash.
• Ability to balance teller cash and meet balancing percentages.
• Able to perform opening/closing duties and branch security.
• Strong listening and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work various hours as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Paying and Receiving Teller for retail and commercial businesses, knowledge of a Recycler useful.
• Receives and processes multiple transactions with emphasis on accuracy.
• Sells money orders and official checks.
• Promotes BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele, minimum goals and sales incentive will apply.
• Extraordinary customer service will be required at all times.
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.
