Job summary

Qualifications

• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teller and CSR area adheres to internal controls, audit, compliance and procedures.
• Assist in hiring and training operational staff.
• Maintain compliance through reviews and audits.
• Identify risk areas and inform tellers.
• Oversee teller activities, outages, cash limits and orders.
• Monitor alarms/surveillance and emergencies.
• Backup CSO/CSRs and train successors.
• Review daily reports and perform other duties as assigned.
