  • Manage the active deal pipeline, ensuring continuous updates to maintain absolute data integrity.
  • Liaise with the Front Office KYC Support Team in Porto to guarantee the timely vetting of new third parties and the successful completion of periodic reviews.
  • Coordinate the setup and secure management of folders for sensitive or Material Non-Public Information (MNPI) deals, collaborating closely with the IT department.

  • Partner with the Front Office to draft the Covenant Booking Memo (COBOM), summarizing crucial covenants to be monitored by the Middle Office.
  • Coordinate directly with the Middle Office and Back Office to execution-book transactions, actively managing and resolving any operational hurdles.
  • Manage the post-closing and post-syndication fee approval process with the Front Office.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate closing of deals within Singular post-syndication or post-closing.
  • Maintain and update the COBOM dynamically in accordance with executed credit agreements.
  • Seamlessly coordinate the transfer of deals from the Front Office to Portfolio Management post-closing.
5. Cross-Functional Activities
  • Maintain, update, and elevate CIB Natixis client presentation materials and league tables.
  • Ensure that transactional tombstones are kept current and properly classified for corporate reporting.
  • Monitor credit ratings and the Annual Review Tracker for Global Trade and LatAm portfolios.
