Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a business or information services degree with coursework or experience in data science, business/data analytics, computer science, or database management preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop process documents, narrative reports, and training resources on data flows and structures.
• Develop insights to improve efficiencies and ensure accurate transmission of loan data from documents to digital storage.
• Assist with researching and updating loan records.
• Gather requirements for loan reports and validate results.
• Maintain the procedure library and communicate updates to department personnel.
• Shadow sessions across key bank areas to gain a broad understanding of INTRUST’s business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager and Assistant Manager.
