Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, Finance, Banking, Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in banking operations, financial services, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives or projects in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, operational reporting, dashboards, and management communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects across Banking Operations.
• Support department leaders in planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines with regular leadership updates.
• Document decisions in meetings and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate annual reviews and updates of departmental procedures with business owners.
• Monitor recurring reporting and regulatory submissions and follow up with owners.
