Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries is seeking a Banking Operations Administrator to coordinate department-wide initiatives and support strategic projects. The role partners with leaders across Treasury Management, Payment Operations, Card Services, Compliance, and Internal Audit to drive operational excellence.

You will manage project tracking, prepare dashboards, and assist with audits, risk management, and governance activities, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in banking operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support leaders in planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines with regular updates.
• Prepare executive presentations and operational dashboards.
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and risk management coordination.
• Maintain governance documentation and policy administration.
